Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time
Delivery takes 1–5 business days depending on the courier and the destination. Your order is delivered within 30 days at the latest. (Products personalised at your request fall outside this 30-day limit; the period is stated at the time of the order.)
Delivery Shipping Fee
- No delivery shipping fee is charged on orders of 2,000 TL and above.
- For orders below 2,000 TL the shipping fee is 199.90 TL.
- The fee shown at checkout applies.
- All amounts shown on the site and at checkout include VAT.
- Wholesale products are subject to a separate shipping rate, shown at checkout.
Return Shipping Cost
- Our return carrier is Aras Kargo. Returns are collected via Aras Kargo.
- When you exercise your right of withdrawal we send you an Aras Kargo return code; if you ship with that code you pay nothing, the cost is ours.
- If there is no Aras Kargo branch where you are located, we arrange collection from your address at no additional cost.

Damage on Delivery
We are liable for any loss or damage occurring until the product is delivered to you. If your parcel arrives damaged:
1. Have the courier issue a damage report.
2. Notify us with photographs the same day.
The product is replaced free of charge or the price is refunded, at your choice. Not having obtained a damage report does not extinguish your rights.
Wrong Item Delivered
For a wrong item, all outbound and return shipping costs are borne by us.
