Kargo Politikası

Hazırlık Süresi

Siparişleriniz 1–3 iş günü içinde hazırlanır.

Teslimat Süresi

Kargo firması ve teslimat adresine bağlı olarak 1–5 iş günü sürebilir. Siparişiniz her hâlükârda en geç 30 gün içinde teslim edilir. (Talebiniz doğrultusunda kişiselleştirilerek üretilen ürünler bu 30 günlük sınırın dışındadır; süre sipariş sırasında bildirilir.)

Teslimat Kargo Ücreti

  • 2.000 TL ve üzeri siparişlerde teslimat kargo ücreti alınmaz.
  • 2.000 TL altındaki siparişlerde kargo ücreti 199,90 TL'dir.
  • Sepet aşamasında görünen ücret geçerlidir.
  • Sitede ve sepette gösterilen tüm tutarlar KDV dahildir.
  • Toptan ürünler ayrı kargo tarifesine tabidir; tutar sepet aşamasında gösterilir.

İade Kargo Ücreti

  • İade taşıyıcımız Aras Kargo'dur. İadeler Aras Kargo ile alınır.
  • Cayma hakkınızı kullandığınızda size bir Aras Kargo iade kodu gönderiyoruz; bu kodla gönderdiğinizde iade kargo ücretini ödemezsiniz, masraf tarafımıza aittir.
  • Bulunduğunuz yerde Aras Kargo şubesi yoksa ürünü hiçbir ilave masraf talep etmeksizin adresinizden aldırırız.

Teslim Sırasında Hasar

Ürünün size teslimine kadar oluşan kayıp ve hasarlardan tarafımız sorumludur. Paketiniz hasarlı geldiyse:

1. Kargo görevlisine tutanak tutturun.

2. Aynı gün fotoğraflarla bize bildirin.

Ürün ücretsiz olarak yenisiyle değiştirilir veya bedeli iade edilir; seçim sizindir. Tutanak tutturulmamış olması haklarınızı ortadan kaldırmaz.

Yanlış Ürün Gönderimi

Yanlış ürün gönderiminde gidiş ve dönüş kargo ücretlerinin tamamı firmamıza aittir.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes 1–5 business days depending on the courier and the destination. Your order is delivered within 30 days at the latest. (Products personalised at your request fall outside this 30-day limit; the period is stated at the time of the order.)

Delivery Shipping Fee

  • No delivery shipping fee is charged on orders of 2,000 TL and above.
  • For orders below 2,000 TL the shipping fee is 199.90 TL.
  • The fee shown at checkout applies.
  • All amounts shown on the site and at checkout include VAT.
  • Wholesale products are subject to a separate shipping rate, shown at checkout.

Return Shipping Cost

  • Our return carrier is Aras Kargo. Returns are collected via Aras Kargo.
  • When you exercise your right of withdrawal we send you an Aras Kargo return code; if you ship with that code you pay nothing, the cost is ours.
  • If there is no Aras Kargo branch where you are located, we arrange collection from your address at no additional cost.

Damage on Delivery

We are liable for any loss or damage occurring until the product is delivered to you. If your parcel arrives damaged:

1. Have the courier issue a damage report.

2. Notify us with photographs the same day.

The product is replaced free of charge or the price is refunded, at your choice. Not having obtained a damage report does not extinguish your rights.

Wrong Item Delivered

For a wrong item, all outbound and return shipping costs are borne by us.
